More than 100 opponents of a plan to build a national nuclear waste facility on the Eyre Peninsula in South Australia have rallied in Port Augusta.

Eyre Peninsula Farmers speak out to protect their farmland, livelihoods, way of life, communities, Eyre Peninsula, South Australia and future generations. In Feb 2020, 500 people attended a rally to oppose the Federal government announcement of the nuclear waste dump site near Kimba.

Excluded from the community vote and not consulted by the Federal government, the Barngarla people are fighting back.
